"No Yeast" Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Bread

A great Thursday, as is any day, to be at the beach, at a lovely green paradise inn, where guests are treated to fabulous, nutritious breakfasts with the health of the guests and the planet kept in mind. On the house no less! ...Welcome to The DeSoto Oceanview Inn, in North Hollywood, Florida!

This morning I started off with fresh baked "no yeast", gluten-free bread made with whole grain flours, such as oat, millet & buckwheat, and quinoa, teff, and pumpkin & sesame seeds. That was just in the toast!  It was gone in a jiffy, so I think everyone liked it!

For the main entree, I made my Garam Masala Tofu Veggie Scramble, made with a soy, quinoa & amaranth tofu, stir-fried with carrots, sweet potato, squash, celery, green onion, bok choy & spinach ... a bundle of delicious, nutritious veggies!

My juice today was freshly squeezed carrot, apple & ginger. Today's fresh made nut milk was Raw Almond Milk, to accompany the Agave Gogi Berry Granola.

 What a delightful start to the day.  Life's a beach, literally!
