Thursday...Baked Omelets & Macrobiotic Granola!

This beautiful Thursday morning at The Desoto Oceanview Inn,  I have whipped up an all-organic "Baked Omelet", with broccoli, purple potatoes, vegan sausage and red peppers, topped with Vegan pepper jack cheese.
  On the side, warmed spinach, and a gluten-free English muffin with raw honey.
 For an all-vegan alternative I served a freshly made batch of organic, raw gluten-free macrobiotic granola, with oats, almonds, figs, goji berries & hemp seeds, and sweetened with dates. Our milk today was fresh-made organic hemp milk and the juice today was an " Acai Coconut Kefir Smoothie". Your tummy is going to feel soooo....fabulous! Have a wonderful and magical day! Namaste.
