Greetings from the beautiful seaside idyll known as The Desoto, in Hollywood Beach, Florida.
It's "Radically Raw Friday" today at the Desoto Inn on the beach in Hollywood Florida!
Pictured here is a Raw Vegan Mediterranean Frittata. It was accompanied by an Ambrosia Fruit Salad, and Raw Chocolate Cherry Oat Granola served with Raw Hemp Milk. The Juice du Jour was Plum Peach Apple! All organic, of course! Bon appetit! I'll be sharing the recipes and why I select the particular ingredients I use in a future blog...stay tuned!
