This morning I started off with fresh baked yeast-free, gluten-free bread made with whole grain flours, such as oat, millet & buckwheat, and quinoa, teff, and pumpkin & sesame seeds. That was just in the toast! It was gone in a jiffy, so I think everyone liked it!
For the main entree, I made my Garam Masala Tofu Veggie Scramble, made with a soy, quinoa & amaranth tofu, stir-fried with carrots, sweet potato, squash, celery, green onion, bok choy & spinach ... a bundle of delicious, nutritious veggies!
My juice today was freshly squeezed carrot, apple & ginger. Today's fresh made nut milk was Raw Almond Milk, to accompany the Agave Gogi Berry Granola.
