Happy August! And a very fine Wednesday to all our guests here at the Desoto Ocean View Inn. I started them off with a hearty breakfast reminiscent of my meals during my quests in India. This has been a family favorite since our treks across India!

Today's organic, gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast menu included: Curried Sweet Potato Hash, Confetti Scrambled Eggs, watermelon slices, and our Juice du Jour was a Mango and Coconut Water blend. My fresh-made Hemp Sesame Milk is lightly sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with cardamom and vanilla, a great addition for our Agave Goji Trail Mix Granola. So many flavors and spices that not only bring wonderful flavors, but have a great array of health benefits. Your health matters!
