Wednesday Morning in Paradise

What? Another beautiful day here on the sunny beach of Florida? Go figure!  
It's hard to imagine life any easier here at The Desoto Oceanview and Oceanspray Inn.

To go along with our Agave Goji Berry Granola, packed with cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, & almonds, I made Agave Sweetened Raw Almond Milk this morning for our guests' breakfast.  For the Raw Foodies, a fresh bowl of Melon & Grapes to go along side a fresh glass of my very own "Dragon Juice", a concoction of dragon fruit, beet & grapefruit juices, sweetened with Raw Agave! Sticking with this theme, (what theme? Agave! a sweetener from cactus....so, the theme is south of the border, caught up?) the main entree today was....(insert drum roll here)...Avocado Salsa Baked Omelet!  Mmm!  As always, everything is organic, gluten-free and dairy-free. The omelet is a variation on the recipe I've included in an earlier blog (check out the archives or the Blog Topics, under "Recipes by Vickie"!)  Buen Provecho!
